she left patches of vax on me, that I had to rip off myself and she missed larger patches of hair behind. It was a rushed and sloppy job

The root colour was great however I wasn’t happy with the cut and finish! I asked her to take an inch off and layers at the front only! She did the complete opposite !! I didn’t notice this until I got home!I can’t style my hair !At the end I was overcharged in which i told the salon which they will refund it back to me. It’s the hassle of going back there etc. what should’ve been an easy pleasent experience turned out to be the opposite! Jhon was my hairdresser it’s gone to shit since he left!
