Val is by far the best waxer I have ever been to, she is so lovely and quick. My nails look nice however, the treatment used to be so much better, for example; when I used to have a pedicure the lady used to take real care buffing the dry skin, she'd use a scrub and give a little massage - but they don't do that anymore. The lady was also really rough using the utensils hurting my fingernails and I have a couple of cuts in the cuticles on my toes.

I only tried Brazilian “sugaring” at this place. Which was not sugaring, but some bad waxing instead. Super painful and unprofessional, lots of hair left behind. The latter i didn’t point out during the session because it was an ordeal I just wanted to be over to start recovering from it. Not that it was possible to communicate: the person responsible spoke absolutely no English. I guess I got lucky to at least not get burned like some of the previous victims/reviewers. But i got a terrible rash ( bloody at some spots). I gave three stars for ambience and staff becauase people are nice and friendly, although a total inability to communicate in English with somebody who is ruining your body is frustrating.

I come back to Val every time for my wax - she's an absolute perfectionist! so glad you're back from holidays Val! I also have regular pedicures that always last 3-4 weeks. This week I dropped something on my foot and split my toenail in half but Val managed to treat it and patch it up so that it's not catching on things anymore. I could not rate this place higher after over a year of monthly treatments. definitely recommend!

Val is really quick and removes absolutely everything. She is clean and makes you feel 100% comfortable. I would definitively recommend her.

It's more than 3 years that I visit Val for my monthly waxing. She is quick and does her job amazing plus you keep entertained as she is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. I would recommend her to my best friends!
