This was my first ever time getting acrylic nails and a pedicure for a holiday. The staff were very disorientated and only 1 out of 4 could actually communicate in English with me. I wasn’t really able to communicate what I wanted precisely. I had paid for acrylic extensions and I’d watched videos to see what it was like. Here they first glued a whole false nail on me, then shaped it, then dipped it into some acrylic powder then they worked on my cuticles without cleaning my hands or anything - which seems like the wrong order? I’m not sure I got what I was paying for as I assumed acrylic meant forms or tips. I could be wrong, but it didn’t feel good at all. It was actually quite painful as the filing burned my skin and made me bleed. There wasn’t that much attention to customer care. The pedicure, on the other hand, performed by Camilla was exceptional, she made me feel comfortable and was really attentive to detail. She was getting rushed as another client was waiting as my acrylic extensions took almost 2 hours to complete. For a first time experience, I didn’t enjoy my time and didn’t feel ‘pampered’ - the pedicure is an exception. I’m not sure if I would recommend this place as of yet. Maybe when the staff gain more experience it might change.

Had nails done with shellac with two excellent professionals , coffee and water were served , and then decided to have my hair coloured and ended up having an hair cut what I loved !!!!! the professional was very honest about the stat of my hair fragility and advised what to do to get it ready for next time, I really appreciated the fact that he really cared because must of the professionals only think about money in and don’t care how bad your hair health will be after bleaching. I’m ready to be back in 2 weeks to have it done . I would super recommend all the treatments .
