My hair looks SO AMAZING i was really scared the texture would be terrible (straight frizz?) but it's so straight and sleek like real straight hair! amazing!!! The salon is pretty small but full of all the right products and the staff are lovely and the treatment was soo goood.

I had a very good experience at Val Ritz! Both due to the staff's skills and great results, but also because of the service itself. I had forgotten my phone in the uber I took to the salon, and the owner lent me her phone to call mine to try to locate it and was generally very helpful and lovely. There was a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere in the salon, and my hair and nails turned out exactly how I wanted them. Great value for money and I will definitely go again! :)

Firstly, Val is such a lovely woman with a charming personality. Who is clearly passionate about her services. My waxes were fast, thorough and almost pain free. Will definitely be coming back!
