I did a shellac at the salon with Anastasia and wanted to upgrade to a full mani but the manicurist didn’t have time which was ok. She harped about how I was 10 mins late even though I called prior to that and the reception said it was fine. She then proceeded to do me a “favour” by cutting off my cuticles dry which caused my nail to bleed. I was annoyed at this point because never before have my nails bled when doing a mani! It is also unhygienic and unsanitary. She never apologised.I told her to be careful for the other nails. she then removed all my nail polish saying she didn’t want to do the manicure anymore because I complained about the bleeding nail! Customer is always right and she made a mistake which I have a right to complain about. Anyway, I had to apologise to her cause I desperately needed the mani done for an event. The mani wasn’t even good - never booking here again!
