We had to reschedule my first appointment and I was a bit disappointed but these things happen so I was happy to go another time. My beautician was exceptionally professional and grateful I rescheduled my appointment. She gave me a full Hollywood wax in less than 15' and I was impressed with how professional she was and of course with the products she used (straight from Brazil). I'll definitely book another appointment.
