I had a Japanese Hair Straightening treatment this week: One major step was missing - the neutraliser after the ironing (which sets the hair, and keeps it relaxed) Was happy with my treatment for the price, but after washing my hair it had a distinct curl on one side at the front, & the back curled upwards despite blow drying and running straighteners through after washing. Next time would insist on a straightening after the last blow dry as wavy hair is too strong for this treatment.

Had an intimate male waxing all hair was removed in a very professional way which leftvmy skin smooth. A pedicure which left me walking on air a manicure which left my nails beautiful sculptured. Finally a deep tissue massage which left me feeling great.

inexperienced staff, poor quality of nail paint - the layer put over the edges was too thick, the cover did not last 2 hours before the edges chipped, overall - quite poor experience
