Val is a real professional! This was the best Hollywood I've had and I would definitely book another appointment with her - quality service, super quick and pain-free! I usually feel very uncomfortable and awkward when having intimate waxing but Val is just such a professional and considerate person, works quickly and efficiently! A clean, warm and cosy room, great venue, easy-to-find location and the girl at the reception was also very sweet (unfortunately I don't know her name).

Logan wasn't available in the end, which was a shame but instead I had Eliza(?), who was really great and did a great cut despite the language barrier. I was really impressed with her and would come back again.

Nails are excellent. They really take care to cut the cuticles well and to get the best end result. Love love love my nails. A much better experience and a better job done than previous salons I have been to (all who charge more than Val). Very satisfied customer.
