I visited Val Ritz after a long time but it is still the best choice. Very welcoming, warm and nice place. Caroline did a great job and has been very patient while I was choosing the colour. Sure I will come back.

I was disappointed wit my my shellac manicure. Four of my fingers were left bleeding, which has never happened before and the Shellac polish ended up dimpled on another 4 of my nails. When I pointed out the still poor quality of the treatment (after giving the nail technician a chance to fix it) I was offered a discount for my next visit; no apology was offered. I will not be returning. Disappointing as other reviews seemed so positive.
