Very rude and unprofessional . A bunch of liars to be honest. They advertise Lycon on their website & in the salon but they use a much inferior quality of hot wax than Lycon. When asked about it they lie. Only after the money and no care for the customer. The wax I had itself was extremely slow and poor , had to keep pointing hairs out. When you feedback they blame you instead of trying to do better or offer an apology. If you want a good wax & polite staff DO NOT go here.

Cleanliness could be better, same stick dipped into wax, hairs and wax can be seen in some places like wall and trays and around the bed. The floor is dirty and equipment needs a wipe. It wasn't like this before but cleanliness is slipping. It's a great place, sort it out.
