I won't be returning to have another treatment here. Gel removal was just the gel being filed with a nail file, not soaked off. The pedicure wasn't really up to standard - all nails are odd shapes / not filed property. The colour was slopped on and then the edges were tidied up with a stick and some cotton wool - I've never experienced this before and it means they are not nice and neat. It took 1hr 30 mins in total, which is too long.
