The venue itself is decent and the Valentina is a nice person. I came in with long hair (under the bust length) and front framing pieces (overgrown curtain bangs). I asked for a trim and curtain bangs.What I got is a shoulder length with “curtain bangs” that point inwards. If I haven’t stopped the stylist, she would keep on trimming to make it “even”
The blowdry is nonexistent. She kept combing my hair down with dryer in her hands. No styling. Avoid at all costs.
