Valerio is truly amazing at what he does! He pays great attention to detail, really listens to what you want, and also gives honest professional advice when something may not suit you — which I really appreciate.
He works very efficiently without ever making you feel rushed. On the contrary, he creates such a relaxing atmosphere with a warm welcome every time, including a lovely Italian-style coffee that makes the experience even more special.
