I arrived early on a day where it was raining heavily. I got completely soaked walking to the hairdresser. Valerie kindly gave me a towel to dry off and offered me a hot drink. Roberta's English was very limited so Valerie listened to what I wanted and translated in Italian. I was the first appointment so the place was just 'waking up'. Maybe aointments during the day are more lively. At hairdressers there's usually a lot of chit chat between the stylists and customers. Not so much here. The haircut itself was exactly what I asked for so no complaints there.
