Attended the Yoga class here on a Tuesday, which was absolutely fantastic. Great atmosphere, attentive teaching and overall very relaxing. I came out feeling fantastic and will now be going regularly. It really couldn't have been better. Highly recommend it.
I don't normally write reviews but....I attended a Shanti Yoga class by Charlie Morgan and it was amazing. I have never been to a yoga class like it. The class was small and Charlie ensured all my poses were correct with little adjustments. She also has these anecdotes - like practising the tree pose whilst brushing your teeth! At the end of the class she does this long relaxation and provides amazing blankets from India and home made eye masks (that smell divine). If that wasn't enough she also does a head massage on everyone. I can't recommend this class enough, what an amazing hidden gem in a hair salon!
I've been here a few times now for a haircut and other treatments, they offer a fantastic range. The staff are always friendly and professional and the decor is stylish and clean.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
