The patch test area was red shortly after and I didn't like the customer service to be honest. Communication was poor, I felt overlooked and the hairdresser didn't even have any interest in what I wanted to do my hair or in analyze them.

I had a wonderful experience with Valentina! She gave me a beautiful bob haircut and recommended amazing tips and tricks for my hair care routine. She was very precise, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the whole appointment. The salon itself was beautiful, very clean, and smelled lovely. I highly recommend her and will definitely come back!

It was a first for me and I was amazed by the service. The place is spotless, Valentina is extremely welcoming and very professional. Although I asked to have the same cut, she changed a little bit (asked for approval before) I am very happy with the haircut. I even more happy to be on my own (and not listen to other clients conversation) and don't feel obliged to talk. Valentina put some relaxing music, did a little head massage. I felt really relaxed. I highly recommend Valentina
