Valentina and her assistant were great. Super polite and welcoming. What I liked about Valentina was that she asked me what I liked every step of the way (how many highlights do you want, warm toned?, cold toned?, to frame?, to hide greys?, how short you wanna go?), this allowed her to create a perfect combo: highlights that had a beach feel (more like what you get with an ombree) and that blend my greys. When she saw I was a bit unsure of the change, she offered to tone it down a bit.
