I absolutely loved my experience today at Valentina’s cute home salon. She made me feel really at home and it was super clean and comfy. I was working away on my laptop and it was ideal. And this woman has serious skills - I’ve had my highlights done all over London for the past 20 years and she is as good as the best, and amazingly good value. Don’t hesitate to book in, I really recommend her.

The patch test area was red shortly after and I didn't like the customer service to be honest. Communication was poor, I felt overlooked and the hairdresser didn't even have any interest in what I wanted to do my hair or in analyze them.
