I had to change my appointment with my usual stylist Barbara and as she was not available agreed to taking 1 with Leanne.
As a creature of habit,and having had Barbara services for many years,I did wonder how things would go but I was thrilled with every aspect of the appointment,from being made to feel comfortable to soonrealising that Leanne had taken the trouble to find out how my hair works and how I like things done.
The result was excellent.The whole experience first class. Thanks Leanne.

As a regular,but predictable client, today Barbara and I discussed a CHANGE OF STYLE!!!!! I had an idea but Barbara suggested alternatives that would suit my hair type and lifestyle more without being too far removed from my idea.
That is exactly why I always feel in good hands at Valencia.My stylist is always honest, in the kindest possible way!!
I would certainly not want style for style's sake and end up with a daily struggle.
