I was not allowed to enter the salon with my son who is 3 and had to wait outside. I understand that this is a difficult time and there is complicated guidance to follow but this seemed a bit unnecessary given that the salon was not full. I certainly would not have booked had I known this in advance, and would not have gone ahead had I not paid already. Apparently they have made this rule clear but I didn't notice it when I was booking so it came as a bit of a surprise.
