This is my regular salon, however, I was a bit nervous due to the virus as to what to expect. Didn’t need to worry. The salon is well set out and felt very safe. All of the necessary measures have been taken with disposable aprons and towels, Perspex barriers, safe distancing, sanitiser and of course necessary masks and visors. Emma was reassuring and kept me right with what I needed to do etc. Lovely comfortable experience. I felt very safe. Great haircut and service as usual. Very happy.

I went to Valencia for the first time based on the glowing reviews on Treatwell - and now I can add to the praise!
There's modified seating with clear pull-down screens to respect social distancing, and good ventilation. Marcia really listened to what I was looking for and gave a consultation and cut that was tailored to my hair texture, and shared her styling wisdom for wavy hair. I'm really happy with the results and overall experience, and can totally recommend Marcia and Valencia Ltd!
