Barbara is so restful, yet she calmly sorts out what I want doing to my hair, then quietly gets on with it. Gently checks details as she progresses. A lovely experience all round. And my hair looks great too!!!

The personal attention to the customer was excellent. I had many questions befiorehand, regarding my perm, as this was a new salon to me. The first contact emails, which we exchanged, were timeous and the senior stylist, who talked me through what they could do for me, was very accomodating, taking account of my previous experiences of hair perming. On the day, Barbara, listened carefully to what I had previously had done and did a fantastic job to perm it just the way I like it.
