Nice outcome, but the place was visibly dirty. Not sure if the pedicure utensils were sterilised and cleaned. Left to wait for 15 minutes as only one member of staff could do French Tips on toes- not good. It took me having to shout at the one member of staff to do something before he had to leave another lady unfinished to finish me. The outcome of the nails was nice, but there were various areas where things were way too relaxed. Wold literally only go again for the nails and not experience.
