My appointment was at 1:00pm, and I waited 30 minutes before eventually getting my nails done. Other than that, my experience was good. The full set on my toes is amazing, looks beautiful and extremely natural. They even offered me some sweets while I was waiting. They just need better time management.
The guy who was filing my nails was very unprofessional in his manner. He roughly filed and accidentally chipped the edge of my nail and laughed about it with his colleague! Wouldn’t go back. You get what you pay for...
