Had to wait a while despite having an appointment. However, staff were very friendly and very good outcome for the price.

Didn’t even get my nails done in the end. Got there in time for my appointment Waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged. Was fobbed off when I asked how long it would be. Not acknowledged again until 12.20 (appointment was at 11.45) Only to be told it would be 15 more minutes. At this point I left the premises. Shocking customer service

Had to wait 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to actually do my nails. They’re amazing though.

Waxer was absolutely lovely but the actual place was not picturesque at all, did not seem too clean, ripped off the skin on my cheek during facial wax but apologised. In general was very kind and friendly, Hollywood wax was my first experience and I think it went well she was very comforting and the pain wasn’t unbearable.
