Booked through Treatwell which I explained for a acrylic infill advertised at £9.60, booking went up to £11.90! Phoned to say I would be a couple mins late. Got there introduced myself n the guy attempted to say your late but I said I called, was asked to sit at back of store (with my walking stick self), 5 mins later asked to sit at a empty station (which was very dirty) where a sat like an idiot for sometime! I was desperate for my nails to be done n I was tired so when Kevin came along n started my nails it was a relief!! I had waited nearly an hour. During my infill Kevin n owner argued as Kevin had looked at him n said something to the other technitions in another language which I found so rude, but again was so tired!! My treatment magically turned into gel n I was charged £22 instead of the offer price on the Treatwell website. Kevin done a wonderful job on my nails but the customer service, wait and lack of ambience killed it for me, if they had charged me the offer price that would've been some compensation for the whole awful experience but nothing. Not sure why they signed up with Treatwell when they are not fulfilling their offer details, they will give Treatwell a bad name

decent job, however it was a bit chaotic when I arrived. If you book an appointment there is no guarantee you will be seen on time if the staff are already half way through drop in customers

The bikini wax was done perfectly, but I was disappointed with how my booking got managed. They called me 45 minutes my time to say if I was ok to postpone it by half an hour, and when I then got there they made me wait 30 more minutes.
