Left happy as always. Paru is amazing at eyelashes and Claudia’s customer service was A1, she went above and beyond to make sure my hair was beautiful when I left
majority of the staff have a problem starting on time and difficulty understanding English, there's always a scramble in the morning to get things started. once they do everything is ok!

I turned up at 09:50 for my appointment that was confirmed and was eventually told at 10:05 that the lady that does eyebrow threading was not in today so I was not able to have the treatment. The lady in the shop took a good amount of time to acknoledge me and when I asked where the rest of the staff were (as I then considered asking to have my nail polish done instead so it was not a wasted trip), she was not apologetic and said they should be here soon and she’s not sure. Overall, not a great service.
