Absolutely furious. Who double dips the wooden spatulas into the used hot wax? Any trained practitioner with respect to their customers health and safety DOES NOT REUSE the same spatula. Add to that the Wax was too hot and on instructing the practitioner, she proceeded to breathe all over the Wax and then in between my legs! Absolutely mortified. I am petrified now that I have potentially exposed myself to an sti or skin infection. I’m still irritated from the Wax and I hope to god it’s just that. I am going to my doctor tomorrow. Absolutely horrified. Thanks Treatwell for not checking the health and safety of your partners. I wouldn’t give this any starts but this app wouldn’t work unless I posted a minimum 2.
