The lady that works here is lovely, however she was FAR too quick when doing my Hollywood wax, and left me raw (and bleeding) and still a bit sore two days later. There's something to be said for a quick and efficient wax, but I definitely won't be returning for one here.

The therapist was clearly rushed and used strip wax to speed up the appointment. The wax was too hot and burnt me rather badly. I checked the area once she said she was done and had to ask her to redo a few patches as there were still hairs visible. Not a very thorough job, understaffed and not the cleanest.
