The place is a little odd in a basement and could do with a clean/tidy and redecorating. Saying that, despite first impressions the service was immaculate and made me feel very welcome. The eyebrow threading was very painfree and super quick, she did a superb job. I was a little nervous getting my browns dyed for the first time but she was reassuring and made me feel at ease. I would definitely come back here .
