although I had a booking, upon arrival there was no organisation or priority for the booked appointments. I then had to wait for a walk in to have her treatment after refusing to be seen at a later time due to my scheduled appointment. The service was rushed and my eyebrows were not symmetrical! For the price paid I could have a better experience elsewhere.
