Amazing experience! Even though she is super busy and I had to wait 10 min to be seen, she was lovely and chatty with me, made me very comfortable- she’s super speedy and does a great job. I went for full arm wax :)

While I must admit that getting prices like this anywhere in London (let alone in soho) are pretty much unheard of, I must say this was the most painful wax I’ve ever had by far. She actually couldn’t get the hot wax off me.. I’m not sure whether she left it too long or what but it generally felt like my skin was being pulled off with the wax! I in general don’t find waxing that painful but this Hollywood wax was indescribable painful.. I am still sore. the results were good however, got rid of every hair.
The lady was absolutely lovely and calmed me down as she was doing it but I’m not sure about the cleanliness of this salon by the fact that the sticks were redipped in the wax so many times ! And are there a shortage on napkins? The same napkins that were soaked in wax kept being used over and over.
The location is super convenient for me but I’m not sure I’d come back for a Hollywood wax due to the intense pain.
The leg wax however was wonderful, no hairs left and pretty painless.
Threading was also sore and I seem to have the threading marks all up my cheeks (Hopefully these will fade by tomorrow?) but I genuinely find this pain unbearable so I’m not as surprised about this.

Usually excellent service but the last two times I've been, it's been somebody different to normal and they've always seemed to be behind schedule so ended up waiting for c. 15 minutes
