I've been to Vaisu Beauty thrice now for threading. Two of the three times, Vaishali arrived after me. She wasn't too late but I still had to wait for her as she had not arrived for work for the day yet (my appointments were all after 10am). She is very polite and kind and extremely good at threading - the job was perfect and my eyebrows looked great. However, I am not sure if it is her technique or the type of thread she uses, but these were the most painful experiences I've ever had in all my years of threading. And she does not clean the area before starting the threading, which makes my skin more inflamed, irritated and itchy (I have quite sensitive skin!). The second time I went, a different Beautician was there with no warning and she was not as good, leaving my eyebrows uneven - had I know Vaishali was not going to be in, I would have never booked the appointment, but I was not informed. The other staff at the salon are not very polite and the music is far too loud.
Unfortunately despite that fact that Vaishali seems like a lovely person and her work on the eyebrows was fantastic, the combination of the above experiences means I won't be returning to this salon for threading.
