Really friendly owner, so kind. I think she prides herself on how quick she does the Hollywood wax - it only took 5 minutes. However I didn't find this to be a good thing. It was painful, and there were hairs left over. Doing a whole Hollywood in 5 minutes wasn't a very precise job. I'd much rather prefer a 20 min wax, but done well. But anyway the owner was really nice and friendly, and made me feel comfortable, which I liked.
