I arrived on time, was met by a friendly lady and directed to a chair to sit and wait until the treatment room became available. Once available, I was then led into the room, lay on the table, and had hot wax applied and removed quickly (so quick that I felt as if the beautician just wanted me in and out). Vaisu was lovely and friendly but I felt personally she could have taken more time and been more thorough.
