While waiting I asked for a chin wax - therapist did an awful job, ignored my requests to not go beyond where I asked, and did not wash her hands at any point !!!! (She been with another customer previously and handling the card machine before touching my face with bare hands!). Bikini wax was fine.

Been there about 4 times now, in general Vaisu manages to get out the hair from the root and find everything, which is not easy since very blond. This time, felt like she rushed it since missed a couple of spots that I then had to go over myself.
