I saw Ishrat's interaction with an elderly client as I waited for my turn,and as a professional carer myself I was struck by her easy manner and compassion for her reflected in the small things like turning the music off at client's request.

I booked a 30 minute massage on a Sunday afternoon and it was lovely. Unusually the massage included arms and hands which I really liked, it made it even more relaxing.
