Couldn’t be worse. I think the lady (blond with blown lips, Zari?) was a trainee. When I arrived she was busy talking to her friend. They noticed me in maybe 10 mins. They kept chatting on their language after she finally started doing my nails. The quality is worse than anything I’ve ever seen. It would really look and feel better if I’d bitten gel polish off my nails myself. But I had to pay a normal price. At the end she put the FOOT cream on my hands. Ridiculous.
This was my first time at VaVa Voom, and I have to say I probably won't be back. The salon is very small, and doesn't give off the same air of quality as other salons I've been to. They were running 20+ minutes late without saying anything - I was about to leave when I was seen! It then took a very long time to mix up and apply my colour, then I was left longer than it needs to develop and rinsing it took ages, too. The colour turned out OK though, so I suppose all's well that ends well.
