This was my first time at VaVa Voom, and I have to say I probably won't be back. The salon is very small, and doesn't give off the same air of quality as other salons I've been to. They were running 20+ minutes late without saying anything - I was about to leave when I was seen! It then took a very long time to mix up and apply my colour, then I was left longer than it needs to develop and rinsing it took ages, too. The colour turned out OK though, so I suppose all's well that ends well.

I’ve been here for a few different treatments and generally the girls are great, but this time my appointment was 25 minutes late to start, and then the manicure itself wasn’t great. Some of my nails have been filed to odd shapes, the gel isn’t covering the entire nail and one nail chipped after a day, there was also no cuticle care, and they don’t soak your nails to remove the gel - just straight in with the electric file. The other treatments I have had here have been GREAT, especially the eyebrow and eyelash tinting. Just a shame about my first manicure at Va Va Voom.
