They were running late on the day which I didn’t mind- gave me 20% off for my next treatment which was lovely. The wax overall was good for my legs but some hair was still left in the bikini region which was a little annoying...I also have a bruise on my inner thigh from the wax strip being pulled too hard. Maybe it was my first time having a Hollywood so I wasn’t expecting that. Overall lovely staff and customer service but was wanting better results but I understand they were under pressure

My experience was good. Tina was very friendly and attentive to what I wanted to do with my hair. My curls looked very elegant and french right after the blow dry. The only dissapointment was that just in a couple of hours my hair was almost straight. Probably more spray would help to keep them longer.
