Appointment ran late and there was no warning from staff or any apology. They were quite unfriendly and shouting at each other in front of clients. Waxing room was cold and nowhere to put your clothes so they had to go on the floor. Asked to cover myself with a towel, a towel that had clearly just been used by somebody else which is very unhygienic. The wax was very rushed and it felt quite aggressive. She poured loads of oil over me after which has now gone into my trousers. Just not a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend.
