I had brow definition and a full head of highlights. I was pleased with my eyebrows however really disappointed with my hair. I wasn't aware of the extra £40 for some treatment in the bleach and for the toner and was advised I needed this.
The outcome of my hair is really poor too. It hardly looks any different :( It's the most I have ever paid for highlights and the worst results.

Lash lift was perfect and worth the price. Downside was the salon was quite noisy so was hard to relax
