Completely ruined my eyelashes. Eyelashes not lifted but all curled back on each other going in different directions resulting in my eyeballs getting scratched. I’ve lost so many eyelashes too. No after care instructions provided by home. Lady who completed treatment could not speak English and left me sitting in the room for over 40 minutes without explaining the process (very uncomfortable when you can’t open your eyes). Tried to complain via Treatwell but to no avail. :(

My appointment was at 10 and I arrived at 9.55. The salon wasn’t open yet (which I think is weird if you’re going to offer appointments at 10) so I stood outside waiting with the people that worked there. The owner didn’t arrive until about 10.07 to open the salon. When I went in she asked for my name so I told her, then she asked if I was there for a brow appointment and I said no for a haircut. The cut itself was fine and quick, but the equipment was dirty. No products used. Not worth £30!
