unfortunately there was a big misunderstanding about what i wanted , i asked for balyage and ended up with Ombre , i had concerns throughout the application of the colour and raised them but Erika didnt understand what i was saying, i ended up in the salon for 8 hours whilst they attempted 3 times to do what i had originally asked for, i still have not got what I wanted, my hair is an orangey, gingerly block of colour with a few lighter bits, i will be getting it corrected elsewhere :(
