Booked in for a Brazilian wax and the therapist ‘Forgot’ and it was too late before I realised she was getting rid of the lot! I wouldn’t have minded the mistake, however nothing was offered as compensation and the therapist avoided eye contact with me for the remainder of my time there. She clearly didn’t care at all about costumer satisfaction.
I also booked in for Shellac nails to find in arrival that they do not stock shellac and use a cheaper gel polish instead.
