Sad to post a negative review as have been to this salon before and had good experiences but this time I got a rude welcome from the staff and girl who cut my hair, while very nice spoke no English and seemed very nervous cutting my hair. I had to have what I wanted translated which then made me very nervous . I didn’t have confidence in what was being done to my hair. Would recommend giving customers a warmer welcome and only using staff who can speak English as this could be a great salon.

Nice venue. Had a good lash lift and tint. I hadn't had one before, and would have preferred if they had talked me through each step. I was left on my own for most of the hour whilst the treatment was working, and it would have been better if I'd known what was happening (particularly because I couldn't open my eyes!). But i'm very happy with the result and would go back.
