I had been getting gel nails done at another salon for around 10 years. My nails were always strong and healthy. I had several appointments here and they became weak and damaged- possibly as a result of not being soaked off. Nails initially look lovely but don’t last long at all. Not a very clean environment and staff rush the appointment and can be a little rude unfortunately. It is quite telling that the salon is often empty. Would not recommend.

Absolutely love my hair and the salon was great! Very clean and nice friendly atmosphere. Erica was brilliant, listened to what I wanted but also recommended what she thought was best when I wasn't sure. She was super focused on both the cut and colouring and make sure it was perfect before I left :)
