I came here a few weeks ago to get my brows done (threaded and tinted), the lady did a terrible job and I walked out with due all over my skin and my eyebrows looking worse than before! However I had seen the reviews for the nail services they do here to be quite positive however it was certainly not for me! My experience was terrible, I was not greeted when I came in or told where to sit or go! My nail tech did not understand me and kept looking over to the other technicians in hope of them translating what I said! Therefore the lack of good communication ended in me getting gel nails instead of acrylics! The staff were conversing amongst themselves in a different language the whole time which I found created a very rude and unwelcoming environment. They were very snappy and rude and only smiled when I pulled my wallet out at the end of the treatment!!!!
Wonderful venue. The girls are all amazing. I always go here.

Nico was absolutely brilliant. It was just a child's hair cut but he treated her like royalty, making sure she got her hair perfectly neat. My 6 year old now has better hair than me and I'm thinking I need to book in with him myself!

Good curly blow dry, she blow dried it, curled it with straighteners, then rolled and pinned the curls. Took about 45 mins! Looked great when I unpinned it, would definitely book again :)
