Gel Nails Manicure
I booked the wash, cut, blow dry. It says the stylist will have a detailed chat with you before the cut - this never happened. There was a language barrier so I pointed to what length I wanted. When I was asked if I wanted layers, I said very long as I didn’t want it to look dated. At this point, she did her own thing and cut it much shorter ( at least 4”). When another stylist tried to fix it as it was wonky, it got even shorter. She then told me that ‘hair grows’. No refund offered.
Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
Awful. Had no idea how to wax and didn’t understand how to remove the hair without ripping my skin until it bled and was swollen. She tried to remove it one way then attempted another direction. She even compared me to previous customers she had had that day-not helpful.I have a large purple bruise left from so much pulling.
