Lady doing the nails (who might be the owner) pretty rude and not very atmospheric. I asked if any spaces for nails to the receptionist and she interrupted and snapped at us No! no!
The team are nice but not very Covid safe! No 2 metre distance between nail stations, didn’t get asked to sanitiser my hands on arrival or leaving (I did) but they didn’t seem bothered.

I was so looking forward to my manicure and pedicure as it’s been a long time since we could get any beauty treatments. The manicure was really just a hand scrub and a basic tidying up of the cuticles, and a little hand cream at the end. The disappointing part is that the gel nail varnish was applied over the edge of the nail onto the skin, therefore it’s starting to lift 1 hour after leaving the salon. Even when applying my own nail varnish I know not to do that.

This is my second time and Va Va Voom and I love it, such good value for great treatments! The lash lift is amazing as always and I was advised to get threading by the technician last time and loved it so went for the same again this time! Really nice staff and relaxed atmosphere
